I have been passionate about fitness for most of my life. I played sports in High school (Lacrosse, Cross Country, and Track), and I always did some sort of exercise in my 20s. I completed in races from Tough Mudder, to half marathons. In 2017 and 2018 I was given the challenge of a lifetime with an Infertility Journey. It was the only thing in my life that my Type A personality could not control. During this time I was diagnosed with PTSD, Anxiety and Depression and started working hard on my Mental Health. I finally became a mom in May of 2020. YEP!  I had a baby smack in the middle of the pandemic. During that time my drinking really picked up, I was diagnosed as borderline diabetic, high blood pressure, had major digestive issues, and PCOS. I got fed up and in January of 2022 began a journey to reclaim my health. I lost 45 pounds in a year and felt great. Now I want to help other mommas or women who are struggling!
